Role Overview We are looking for a true superstar in direct sales -- someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, lives and breathes sales, and consistently closes high-value deals with confidence and passion. This is not an administrative role -- this is active, high-energy sales work, focused on building strong client relationships, closing packages, and earning high commissions. Ideal Candidate * Loves sales and sells naturally, confidently, and with enthusiasm. * Is energetic, charismatic, persuasive, and highly motivated. * Easily closes high-value packages ($3,000-$5,000+). * Can clearly communicate the value of treatments and convert interest into immediate purchases. * Works fast, stays organized, and is always striving to exceed sales targets. * Understands aesthetics and the beauty/wellness industry. * Has a natural talent for customer connection, trust-building, and communication. Responsibilities * Proven experience in aesthetic or medical spa sales , ideally within the beauty, wellness, or cosmetic medicine industries. * Skilled in consultative sales -- presenting aesthetic procedures and treatment plans, explaining benefits, and helping clients choose the right services for their goals. * Confident in handling high-value treatment packages ($3,000+) , promoting memberships, and closing sales effectively. * Experienced in using CRM systems to track inquiries, manage client communications, and maintain accurate follow-up schedules. * Ability to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring an exceptional luxury client experience. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with clients, aestheticians, and the management team. * Excellent understanding of popular medical spa procedures , including injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, facials, and IV therapy. * Passionate about aesthetics, customer care, and personal transformation , with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
