National Sales Representative The Role:*_Foriea is seeking a Road Warrior and Technical Ambassador to represent and promote our specialized building envelope product in the field.*_ This high-travel role focuses on driving specifications, generating sales, and providing expert technical support across the commercial construction market. If you're a self-starter with a strong sales record and the drive to master building energy performance, this position offers significant performance- based earning potential Key Responsibilities Sales Execution and Relationship Building * Targeted Outreach: Call on contractorsacross the country to promote and sell Foriea Thermal Clips, focusing on securing orders and fostering long-term partnerships. * Specification Generation: Engage with architects nationwide through presentations, product samples, and follow-ups to ensure that Foriea Thermal Clips are incorporated into project specifications. * Market Analysis: Implement sales strategies by analyzing market trends and customer feedback to maximize Foriea's market penetration and sales growth. * Trade Shows: Participate in industry trade shows and conferences focused on building envelopes and cladding innovations for sales and brand exposure. Technical Literacy and Compliance * Product Expertise: Master the technical specifications of Foriea Thermal Clips * Thermal Performance: Learn to communicate how the clips mitigate thermal bridging and facilitate continuous insulation. * Commitment to Professional Development: Commit to ongoing skill development and stay current on building codes to deliver informed, code-focused product presentations. * Documentation: Utilize test results, such as those from QED Lab, to reinforce the product's reliability and strength (e.g., maximum negative and positive load numbers). Operational and Administrative Duties * CRM Management: Log all sales calls and architect interactions accurately and timely in the company's CRM system (such as PipeDrive) to track leads and conversion rates. * Marketing Support: Assist in proposing and creating necessary marketing collateral, such as brochures, spec sheets, and case studies, ensuring alignment with the consistent Foriea brand identity. Ideal Candidate Profile * Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful outside sales experience; background in construction, building materials, or building envelope industries is strongly advantageous. * Aptitude for Technical Learning: Ability to quickly absorb and confidently convey complex technical concepts, including thermal performance metrics and building code requirements. * High Travel Readiness: Must be willing and able to travel extensively nationwide (up to 39 weeks per year). * Self-Motivated: Exceptional ability to work independently, manage a national territory, and maintain accurate records using a CRM platform. Compensation Note: This role offers a competitive base salary plus an aggressive commission structure designed to reward high performers.
