JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Develop and execute regional sales strategies for North and South America, aligning with company growth goals. * Identify, target, and acquire new customers across mobility, industrial, energy storage, and emerging electrification sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, tier-1s, distributors, and strategic partners. * Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution. * Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide customers with accurate product knowledge and technical support. * Track industry trends, competitive landscape, policy changes, and market opportunities in the Americas. * Prepare regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights for senior management. * Support marketing, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed. Job Requirements Required: * 3-7+ years of experience in the battery, EV, energy storage, or related power electronics industry with technical understanding of lithium-ion battery systems (NCM, LFP, module/pack, BMS, etc.) * Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management. * In-depth knowledge of engineering practices and technologies relevant to the energy or battery industry. * Ability to build trust quickly. Reliable, mature, and capable of owning customer relationships end-to-end. * Strong ambition and "hunger to win" attitude; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. * Fluent in English; effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Preferred: * Experience with EV OEMs, ESS developers, fleet operators, or industrial equipment manufacturers. * Familiarity with Latin American markets and Spanish/Portuguese language skills. * Prior experience in a startup or cross-cultural organization.
