Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territory. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing features and benefits of our medical products. * Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize sales opportunities. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. * Lead product training sessions for clients or internal staff as needed, demonstrating leadership qualities. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the medical device industry. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. * Demonstrated success in account management and outside sales roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical sales presentations. * Analytical skills to assess market data and customer needs effectively. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence among clients and team members alike. * Knowledge of medical device markets is highly desirable.
