Store Sales & Delivery Associate in Rochester, NY Starting Pay $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay! This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours: * Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm * Saturdays & Sundays: Closed As a Store & Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company in the store and out in the public by providing outstanding customer service while working with customers and delivering products to customers at construction and residential sites, businesses and contractor locations using a PPCo company vehicle daily. Primary Responsibilities * Support store by providing customer support, mixing, and tinting paint, upsell products, stocking, load/unload trucks, and help maintain store cleanliness * Greet and assess customer needs and offer solutions using customer service skills and utilizing a point-of-sale system * Deliver paint and supplies to retail and wholesale customers and job sites. * Load and unload vehicle while matching products to customer paperwork with accuracy. * Complete delivery paperwork promptly, utilize vehicle technology, and maintain cleanliness of vehicle. * Ensure PPCo high service standards are maintained in the store and during deliveries to ensure customer issues are resolved. * Complete mandatory safety training, and wear protective gear for job tasks * Reporting to the Store Manager Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must have a valid driver 's license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record. * This position requires that candidates maintain a driving record that meets our company's standards for insurance and safety purposes. * Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history. * Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. * We ask that you can stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
