Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage customer information efficiently. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients to ensure a positive experience. * Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. * Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Skills * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. * Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of customer service principles. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using various computer systems. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. * Previous call center experience is a plus, along with familiarity in cash handling procedures. * Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions based on customer needs. * Strong typing skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
