Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Live Host / Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging audiences, demonstrating products live, and driving sales through platforms like TikTok and Whatnot. Key Responsibilities: * Host Live Sales Events: Conduct live sales sessions on eCommerce platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot, effectively promoting and selling our women's handbag collection. * Content Preparation: Thoroughly understand our products and plan engaging, creative content for each live session to captivate the audience. * Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time by responding to comments and questions, fostering a lively and interactive atmosphere. * Sales Optimization: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to maximize sales while maintaining the integrity and image of our brand. * Performance Analysis: Analyze data from live sessions to assess performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies for future broadcasts. * Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates to continuously optimize our live sales strategy. Qualifications: * On-Camera Presence: Strong and confident on-camera demeanor with a natural ability to connect with and engage an audience. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak persuasively and clearly. * Live Broadcasting Comfort: Comfortable with regular live streaming, demonstrating and discussing products enthusiastically. * Experience: Previous experience as a live host is a plus, though not mandatory for highly motivated candidates. * Professionalism: High level of professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. * Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiencies are a plus.
