Responsibilities * Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand the customer base. * Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy details and benefits clearly. * Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to maintain relationships. * Utilize bilingual abilities to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
