Mia Belle Girls, a well established direct to consumer girls clothing brand has just launched a wholesale division! We are looking for a talented National Wholesale Accounts Manager to join our wholesale team. This role is ideal for someone with a successful track record in managing and growing national-level accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our wholesale growth, establishing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, and strategically positioning our brand in the market as we expand our product offering. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and manage relationships with international-level wholesale accounts for our range of non-sized products. Develop and manage relationships with national/international wholesale accounts, encompassing both online and physical retail spaces. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with national retailers. Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets with national accounts. Provide excellent customer service and support to all national-level wholesale clients. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product alignment with national account needs. Attend and represent the brand at national trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Conduct market analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Proven track record in managing national-level wholesale accounts, especially in the fashion or lifestyle product sectors. Strong network within the national retail industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strategic thinking abilities with a results-driven approach. Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively. Willingness to travel for business needs. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
