Job Overview We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong "sales hunter" mentality, relentlessly focused on expanding our global LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS and driving measurable results for the company. This role involves cultivating new business, nurturing existing client relationships to maximize growth, and strategically positioning our comprehensive 3PL, e-commerce, D2D (Door-to-Door), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services. Duties: * Confidently negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business and expand existing accounts, with a strong focus on air freight solutions for time-critical and high-value shipments, consistently demonstrating the ability to successfully close deals. * Analyze customer needs and design tailored air logistics solutions , integrating air freight as the primary mode while strategically combining ground and ocean transportation , warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, and international DDP / D2D services to deliver measurable value and profitability. * Develop and execute effective sales strategies for air, ocean, and ground freight , manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPIs across multimodal logistics solutions. * Strengthen long-term client relationships to maximize growth opportunities and strategically position comprehensive air logistics services , supported by end-to-end 3PL, ocean freight, ground transportation, and door-to-door (D2D / DDP) solutions. Skills * Proven Experience: 3 years in outside sales or business development within logistics, transportation, or 3PL. Minimum of 1 year of experience in air cargo sales , general sales agency, or freight forwarding. * Industry Knowledge: Familiar with e-commerce, D2D, and DDP shipping terms. * Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills. * Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; able to engage with clients at all levels. * Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred). * Travel: Willing to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and conferences. * Bilingual : English and Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance Experience: * Outside sales: 3 years (Required) * Air Freight: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Required) * Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
