Job Details: * Work Type: Full-time * Compensation: Weekly salary starts at $175/week on top of uncapped commission based on donations. * Commission is based on performance: Donations obtained through face-to-face interactions with potential donors. * Comprehensive training and professional development * Leadership opportunities Responsibilities: * Connect with customers at different events and promotional activities * Design purposeful customer engagements to boost sales * Contribute to and engage in team training to achieve business outcomes * Uphold a well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude * Excellent presentation skills with the confidence to effectively communicate product details and benefits.
