We're looking for an Insurance Account Executive to join our team. You'll work with home-buyers who are already under contract. We bring the leads. You deliver quotes and bind policies. This role is commission only but gives you a high-volume pipeline from day one. What You 'll Do

• Work 30+ live deals every month of people who are already buying a home.
• Reach out to those leads, assess their insurance needs, and present the right coverage.
• Close the deals efficiently and smoothly.
• Use our CRM to track every quote, client interaction, and status.
• Partner with top loan officers in the state to coordinate the process.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients so you're top of mind for future policies.
• Cross-Sell other products like auto, flood, umbrella, boat, and more! What We 're Looking For
• Valid Florida Insurance License (General Lines 2-20 and/or Personal Lines 20-44).
• Strong closing skills with a high conversion rate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication. You can explain policy details clearly.
• CRM proficiency (experience with any major system is fine).
• Self-motivated, driven by results, and organized.
• Someone comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. What You 'll Get
