Sales and Leasing Advisor (Entry Level) High-Level Objective: Deliver an exceptional Homeowner and resident experience from listing to love by performing all leasing activities, including resident application processing, lease execution, and maintaining positive homeowner relationships. Provide proactive updates on resident interest, application statuses, market conditions, and rental pricing to reduce vacancy while ensuring high-quality residents to minimize bad debt/eviction risk.

Manage a portfolio of 20+ homes, oversee the application process, follow up with applicants, and execute leases. Proactively provide homeowners with updates on their property's performance, strategize ways to reduce vacancy, and ensure maximum rental value with qualified residents.

Responsibilities
:
- Application Processing: Evaluate tenant eligibility through income verification, credit checks, and references.
- Achieving Leasing Goals: Execute leases to satisfy residents, homeowners, and Belong.
- Industry Knowledge: Use market trends to develop competitive strategies.
- Collaboration: Work across teams for smooth homeowner and resident transitions.
- Homeowner & Applicant Satisfaction: Communicate proactively and provide clear strategies.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and laws.
Qualifications
:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, negotiation, or customer-facing roles.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Intercom is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate, property management, or residential construction is advantageous. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a CSAT score of 75+ and use feedback to improve.
- Homes Loved: Manage ~25 active listings and achieve leasing goals.
- Communication: Achieve a 95%+ SLA for timely responses and results.
