You'll work with existing and new customers to understand their needs and match them with the right insurance products. Responsibilities & Requirements * Insurance and/or sales industry experience * Must hold or obtain Property & Casualty license within 60 days of hire * Licensing costs reimbursed after 3 months * Ability to pass a background check * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage * Use agency systems and Microsoft Office tools efficiently Skills We 're Looking For * Excellent verbal and written communication * Self-motivated with strong follow-through * Organized with excellent time-management skills * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Strong work ethic and professional attitude Why Join Us?
