Position Summary

: We are seeking a Vehicle Exchange Manager to facilitate the vehicle exchange process for our customers. This role involves assisting customers in exploring new vehicle options and managing vehicle appraisals to ensure a seamless exchange experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Guide customers in selecting new vehicle options that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct thorough appraisals of trade-in vehicles to determine their value.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and fair trade-in offers.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory levels, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee the vehicle exchange process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and expert knowledge of automotive products.
• Work closely with sales and inventory teams to maintain accurate records of vehicle exchanges.

Qualifications

:

• Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisal processes and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a valid Drivers License Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
