Position Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Exchange Manager to facilitate the vehicle exchange process for our customers. This role involves assisting customers in exploring new vehicle options and managing vehicle appraisals to ensure a seamless exchange experience. Key Responsibilities: * Guide customers in selecting new vehicle options that meet their needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. * Conduct thorough appraisals of trade-in vehicles to determine their value. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and fair trade-in offers. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory levels, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities. * Oversee the vehicle exchange process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition for customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and expert knowledge of automotive products. * Work closely with sales and inventory teams to maintain accurate records of vehicle exchanges. Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisal processes and market trends. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a valid Drivers License Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
