Primary responsibilities would include servicing our current customers along with providing sales support as needed for both new and existing clients. Allstate offers Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life insurance. Pay includes base + commission + bonuses. Must be willing to obtain Property Casualty license. Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus Employment Type: W2 Full-time Position Responsibilities: * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support service. * New business sales support. * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success. * Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients Job Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills * Confident self-starter who works well independently * Caring, compassionate and driven to fulfill customers' needs * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task * Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up * Able to obtain or currently possess a Property and Casualty license. Required: * Property Casualty Insurance License or able to get licensed * Sales Experience * Bilingual - Not required, but a plus!
