Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. We also looking for Jewelry Sales People, and also a Jewelry Store Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store - Supervise and train staff members - Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed - Set and achieve sales targets - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Implement marketing strategies to drive sales - Recruit, hire, and schedule employees - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Skills - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors - Experience in managing a team or as an Assistant Manager - Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth - Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively - Multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers - Familiarity with cash register operations - Recruiting skills to build a high-performing team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Shift:
