Position As an New Business Sales and Client Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement, advising prospective clients about our extensive range of products. Everything we do starts with you, and the right client. You'll build relationships, identify client needs, and offer solutions that drive client satisfaction and business growth. Client meetings are conducted in office, via virtual screenshares. We approach each new relationship as an advisor, always looking to help first. We provide high intent, consented inquires from new potential clients! Responsibilities * Conduct initial outreach and presentations to prospective clients from consented new inquiries. * Understand and analyze customer needs and provide customized benefit solutions. * Collaborate with the sales team leaders to achieve targets. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems. * Continuously build product knowledge through provided training and resources. * Maintain ongoing client relationships. They are YOUR clients! Skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.
