Overview

We are seeking Life & Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. Whether you are already licensed or looking to become licensed, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. This is a high-income opportunity with unlimited earning potential. What You 'll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships with new clients
• Educate clients on life and health insurance options to best fit their needs
• Assist clients with applications, policy selection, and enrollment
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales experience a plus
• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Life & Health Insurance License

Compensation

• 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential
• Average first-year agents earn $48,000 - $72,000+
