Job Description
: As an Aesthetic Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Zemits devices to spas, salons, and professional aestheticians across various regions. This role requires a deep understanding of aesthetic equipment and the ability to demonstrate and explain products effectively to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, using provided leads to introduce our Zemits products and services.
- Proficiently manage customer relationships and the sales process through CRM systems.
- Customize aesthetic solutions to address the specific needs of potential clients.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations for professionals, spa owners, and individual clients.
- Foster lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Attendance at trade shows and industry-related events is a must.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, make 60-80 calls a day.
- Conduct follow-up service calls with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
:
- Licensed Aesthetician or Cosmetologist with a strong understanding of the aesthetic industry
- Associates Degree
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems.
- Must speak English. Bilingual preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Must travel for trade shows.
- Excellent phone sales and negotiation skills.
- Passion for skincare and aesthetics.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in aesthetic equipment or related products. Candidate Presentation: Candidates should present themselves professionally and adhere to the company's dress code and grooming standards for customer-facing roles. What We Offer:
