All other candidates will not be considered * 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License is required * Highly motivated and strong closing skills * Excellent verbal & written communication/interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure * Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude * Bilingual/Spanish a plus (not a requirement) What you 'll do: * Meet new business production goals * Work a high volume of leads daily * Prepare insurance quotes and close sales * Be organized and efficient * Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting and compliance requirements * Ensure a positive customer experience * Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs Job Type: Permanent Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Experience: * property and casualty insurance: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English and Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: * 440 Insurance Producer License (Preferred) * 220 General Lines License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Fort Lauderdale, FL 33326: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
