Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be required to provide the best in customer service, outstanding sales assistance to our customers and to consistently achieve sales goals. * Greet and respond to our client base in a welcoming manner. * Gather guests' information to assess their needs. * Be the expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology. * Build relationships. You are responsible for creating lifelong customers. * Ability to perform mathematical tasks which include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. (This pertains to all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.) * Present both products and financial options to satisfy clients. * Complete certification training for both the dealership and manufacturer. * Respond to email inquiries, follow up with clients prior to and after the sale and utilize online resources to develop new business. * Learn to overcome obstacles and thrive in sales situations. * Meet monthly sales goals and quotas. * Direct report to Sales Manager regarding objectives, reviews & analyses. * Conduct business in an ethical and honest fashion with integrity. Qualifications: * Available to work evenings & weekends. * Previous sales experience is a must. * Drive for financial rewards. * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * Reliable attendance required.
