What You'll Do

:

• Sell premium home improvement solutions including Roofing, Siding, Windows, Bathrooms, Gutters & more
• Serve homeowners across our NW Territory , including Galesburg, Quad Cities, and LaSalle/Peru
• Conduct in-home consultations, uncover needs, and present customized solutions
• Build strong relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
• Consistently hit--and exceed--sales goals What We're Looking For:
• Proven in-home sales experience (home improvement experience preferred)
• Self-motivated closer with a strong work ethic and winning mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver 's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (required)
