SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Custom Cabinet Sales and Project Management $80K to $200K+ per year with commission + bonus * 1st Year - start with a solid base salary of $80K * 2nd Year - base salary of $70K plus sales commission and quarterly bonus *3rd Year - base salary of $90K plus sales commission and quarterly bonus Work location: Brentwood *We have a Design Center in Pleasanton "Precision Design Source" where we perform most sales appointments with our clients Precision Cabinets is an established (29 years), highly respected manufacturer of quality custom cabinetry looking for experienced and talented Cabinet Sales Professionals with a high level of_ cabinet design experience _ to join our busy team. Our clients include custom home contractors, high-end home builders, remodelers and designers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with Drive, Passion and a Solid work ethic. Responsibilities of the position include managing all aspects of a sale including sales strategy, bidding and selling, obtaining contracts, assuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales and margin goals. * Will consider candidates with various level of sales or cabinet construction/design exposure * Must be Creative, Motivated and Customer focused * Requires 3-5 years of cabinet design and sales experience * Travel required to various locations with mileage reimbursement * Must be proficient in cabinet design software or may train first year prior to Sale Rep job * Experience with Cabnetware and/or Cabinet Vision highly desired * Sound computer skills (MS Office) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory * Extremely organized and detail oriented * Must bring a positive attitude and be a team player The first year will be a $80K base salary while training and learning as there will be no commissions. After one year (or possibly sooner) you will go onto a solid base salary + commission and quarterly bonus with potential earnings up to $175K++.
