As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. * Demonstrate high-level product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales potential while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Experience * Proven experience in sales * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data. * Experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is a plus. * Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
