Licensed real estate agents that join the Matt Smith Real Estate Group are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions per month within the first 90 days with our leads. After the first 90 days agents on our team sell anywhere from 20 -100+ homes per year depending on their goals, drive, and work ethic. In addition, our average agent made 3.5 times the median income for our area last year. Not only have we been ranked #1 in our area for 7 years in a row but we are also partnered with one of the largest real estate marketplaces in the world. This provides local and global opportunities to our agents when they join our team. Our agents receive quality leads and appointments when they join our team. We provide the training, coaching and support to help you take these prospects from the first meeting to the closing table. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. Our focus is on developing and building skills that will help you navigate all Market Conditions and ultimately, allow you to accomplish your dreams. Matt Smith Real Estate Group offers in house, expert continued education 5 days per week to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition. 2025 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to close 2-3 deals a month resulting in our average agent closing 20-100+ homes a year all with the leads and appointments we are able to provide.
