Who We're Looking For: * Residence : San Jose & surrounding areas * Personality : Animated, enthusiastic, charismatic with a CLOSER mentality * Lifestyle : Comfortable with extensive driving, available to work up to 6 days a week * Education : No college degree required * Attributes : Reliable, coachable, responsible, persistent, and able to handle rejection What We Offer: * Training : Paid training with comprehensive training material * Earnings : COMMISSION-ONLY structure with average reps making over $150,000 per year, and top reps making over $250,000 per year * Environment : Team-oriented work setting with office meetings once a week and field work (visiting home owners) * Perks : Bonuses, team outings, sales incentives, and more! * Position Overview: W-2 position, company vehicle & fuel coverage (after an introductory period). * MUST have or be willing to obtain a HIS license (Home Improvement Salesperson License). Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the home improvement and roofing sectors. * Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Utilize CRM and other tools for account management and tracking sales performance.
