We are seeking a motivated, professional sales representative to sell required fire & life safety inspections to commercial properties. This is a 100% commission-based role best suited for someone who is self- driven and comfortable with B2B outreach. What You'll Do: * Prospect and contact business owners, property managers, and facility managers * Educate clients on required fire & life safety inspections * Schedule inspections for our licensed inspection team * Maintain professional, ethical sales practices Compensation: * 25-40% commission per inspection sold * Recurring opportunities with repeat annual inspections * No income cap Ideal Candidate: * Comfortable with cold calling and in-person visits * Professional communication skills * Reliable and organized * B2B sales experience preferred (not required) This role is NOT for someone who: * Needs guaranteed hourly pay * Avoids cold outreach * Is uncomfortable with commission-only income Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint George, UT 84790
