We are seeking a motivated, professional sales representative to sell required fire & life safety inspections to commercial properties. This is a 100% commission-based role best suited for someone who is self- driven and comfortable with B2B outreach.

What You'll Do

:

• Prospect and contact business owners, property managers, and facility managers
• Educate clients on required fire & life safety inspections
• Schedule inspections for our licensed inspection team
• Maintain professional, ethical sales practices

Compensation

:

• 25-40% commission per inspection sold
• Recurring opportunities with repeat annual inspections
• No income cap Ideal Candidate:
• Comfortable with cold calling and in-person visits
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable and organized
• B2B sales experience preferred (not required) This role is NOT for someone who:
• Needs guaranteed hourly pay
• Avoids cold outreach
