This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales, territory management, and account management. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. * Conduct regular territory assessments to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges. * Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. * Ensures sales leads are followed up correctly. * Acquires product and application knowledge to effectively perform product demonstrations and technical presentations * Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales initiatives. * Provide regular updates to business unit manager on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. Qualifications * Proven experience in direct sales and territory management. * Preferred minimum of 5 years ' equivalent experience in the field of engines, boilers, furnaces or related equipment. * Proficiency in CRM or similar Salesforce software. * Excellent negotiation skills to achieving win-win outcomes. * Exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to building lasting client relationships. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. * Impeccable verbal communication and presentation skills * Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region.
