With over 85 years of trusted service and innovation, we are now launching an exciting Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) expansion on our beautiful 20+ acre campus in the heart of Miami. This landmark project will include a modern, resort-style Independent Living tower and serene garden homes nestled in a lush, park-like environment -- all designed to elevate the aging experience. We are building a high-performance sales team to lead this next chapter, and we're looking for passionate, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in a relationship-driven, hospitality-focused environment. Sales & Marketing Director As the Sales and Marketing Director , you will be the strategic leader of our expansion community's sales efforts -- driving growth, leading a top-tier sales team, and inspiring future residents to choose our community as their next chapter. You Will: * Lead the full sales lifecycle for our expansion community -- from strategy to execution * Manage, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team * Drive results through measurable goals: lead generation, appointments, deposits, occupancy, and revenue * Create meaningful experiences for prospects that inspire confidence and excitement * Partner with marketing to craft compelling campaigns and events that attract qualified leads You Bring: * A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field * 3-5 years of proven success in sales leadership -- ideally in senior living or hospitality * Experience with CRMs/lead management systems and data-driven decision making * Strong closing skills and the ability to build trust quickly * A passion for helping seniors make confident life transitions * High energy, excellent communication, and a team-first mindset * Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + high-earning commission structure * Robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, and more * Opportunity to be part of something meaningful and lasting * A supportive, collaborative culture where high performers thrive * The chance to shape a one-of-a-kind community and help seniors live their best lives Flexible hours are required, including some evenings and weekends to accommodate prospects' schedules.
