Sales and Technical Trainer - iFLO Pro Position Summary iFLO Pro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with extensive experience in the HVAC industry who is passionate about training and content creation. This role is crucial for educating and empowering our HVAC Dealer Partners across the United States. The position requires a person comfortable with extensive travel to conduct in-person training sessions, as well as skilled in creating and delivering virtual training content. Key Responsibilities * Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our network of HVAC Dealer Partners, covering both technical and sales-related topics. * Conduct in-person training sessions at various locations across the United States, requiring extensive travel. * Create and produce high-quality training content, including technical manuals, presentations, and digital learning modules. * Record and edit engaging training videos to be used in our virtual learning environment. * Build and maintain a learning management system (LMS) on the iFLO Pro Dealer Portal to provide continuous education and resources to our partners. * Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and effective. * Provide ongoing support and mentorship to dealer partners to ensure their success. Qualifications * Proven HVAC experience is required. * Demonstrated experience in training, public speaking, or a similar role is essential. * Comfortable with content creation , including writing training materials and developing learning curricula. * Proficient in creating and recording training videos and learning modules. * Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
