What You'll Do You'll be the bridge between homeowners and hope--educating homeowners, inspecting roofs, generating estimates, and driving referrals. Daily Responsibilities Include: * Canvassing neighborhoods and generating leads (self-sourced + company leads) * Developing referral partners and leveraging your personal network * Performing roof inspections * Using the Buffalo Roofing and Exteriors tech stack to track all activities * Delivering 5-star service and asking for 5-star reviews and referrals What You Need: * High school diploma or GED * Driver's license and reliable transportation * Strong time management skills and hunger for growth * Coachability, discipline, and a people-first attitude What You'll Earn: * Commission-Based Pay: $65,000-$150,000+ (No Cap) * Bonus Pay + Incentives * Paid Training & Mentorship * Clear Path to Advancement * Mission-Driven Team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid training Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Corpus Christi, TX 78411
