Responsibilities * Engage with prospective and existing clients through leads including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and promote appropriate policies. * Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend tailored insurance solutions that meet their individual requirements. * Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications and updating client records. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through policy options with clear communication skills. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. * Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly. * Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer service best practices within the insurance industry. * Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset; proactive problem-solving skills are essential. * Must have 440 or 220 License * Allstate prior experience preferably Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Experience: * Insurance sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * 220 or 440 license (Required) Work Location: In person
