Average current salesperson earnings are approximately $110,000 per year , with a median of $91,500 , based on 2025 projected salaries using actual pay for the first 10 months of the year across our current full- time sales team. You'll have full control of the deal from start to finish , using your relationship with the customer to produce higher results on the back end. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: * Managing customer prospects through internet leads, phone calls, walk in customers, and repeat and referral business. * Make outgoing phone calls and email follow ups * Generate appointments for customer demos and appraisals of trades * Explain product features and benefits * Help customers with selection through proper needs analysis * Execute vehicle purchase documents * Perform proper vehicle delivery Previous sales or finance experience is a plus! * Compensation is commission based on units sold with performance bonuses and backend pay * Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO * Wilsonville Chevrolet provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics Full Time position.
