Inside Sales Representative - Roly Door Location: Henrietta, NY Schedule: Full-time, 45 hours per week Pay: From $1,000 per week - DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE Job Overview We are a growing overhead door company looking for a dependable Inside Sales Representative to handle incoming calls, schedule service work, and coordinate installations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable on the phone, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service and installation inquiries * Schedule service calls and coordinate technician routes * Set up and schedule new overhead door and operator installations * Provide basic pricing information and explain services clearly to customers * Communicate job details accurately to technicians and installers * Maintain organized records of appointments, customer details, and work orders * Follow up with customers as needed to confirm appointments or installations Qualifications * Strong phone and customer service skills * Organized and detail-oriented with good time management * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable learning garage door and operator products (training provided) * Basic computer skills (scheduling software, email, data entry) * Previous inside sales, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred What We Offer * From $1,000 per week - DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE * Full-time, steady work (45 hours per week) * Training on products and systems * Stable position with a growing local company * Supportive team environment If you're reliable, professional, and enjoy working with customers while keeping operations running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.
