Job Summary HVAC SALES - Commission We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across various property types. Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and safety. Duties * Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems. * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. * Troubleshoot electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults efficiently. * Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe repairs and refrigerant line installations. * Utilize welding skills for metal fabrication or repair of HVAC components when necessary. * Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and work logs for each job performed. * Operate a vehicle safely for field service visits across multiple sites. * Assist with HVAC design modifications or upgrades based on client needs or new building codes. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all service activities. Qualifications * Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar mechanical role with construction background preferred. * Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems--including refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration--along with mechanical aptitude. * Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints accurately. * Hands-on experience with plumbing systems related to HVAC applications. * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. * Skilled in equipment repair, welding, maintenance procedures, and appliance repair techniques. * Field service experience working directly on property maintenance projects is highly desirable. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Knowledge of HVAC design principles and the ability to interpret technical schematics confidently Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
