A family-owned industrial supply company with over 60 years in business is growing its outside sales team and looking for Industrial Sales Representatives to serve customers across the Miami, FL area. This role focuses on selling industrial hardware directly to local businesses by getting out in the field, knocking on doors, and building real relationships. This is a hands-on, independent sales job where you'll run your own route using a mobile store. You'll manage your own schedule, take care of customers face-to-face, and grow your territory over time with uncapped earning potential. Candidates must live in the territory. What You 'll Do * Find new customers by calling on nearby businesses, asking for referrals, and prospecting in your area. * Make in-person visits to both new and existing customers (cold and warm calls). * Take care of customers using company sales and service guidelines. * Turn in daily reports showing sales activity, orders, and customer visits. * Show and sell products using samples, demos, and your mobile store. * Keep the mobile store clean, stocked, organized, and ready to go each day. * Keep customer info up to date in company systems (names, phone numbers, emails, notes, and addresses). * Provide and maintain your own approved vehicle, along with insurance, fuel, maintenance, and company-provided tech (tablet/phone) to run your route. * Take part in training and ongoing skill development. * Handle other duties as needed to support the territory. What We 're Looking For * High school diploma or GED required * Outside sales or industrial sales experience preferred, especially route-based sales * Proven ability to hit goals and work independently * Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Skills That Matter * Organized and dependable * Good with numbers, details, and follow-through * Able to clearly explain products and pricing to customers * Comfortable using basic tech like tablets, email, spreadsheets, and customer systems * Mechanical or hands-on product knowledge is helpful Other Requirements * Must be able to buy or lease an approved vehicle to use as a mobile store * Must live within the assigned territory * Strong mechanical interest or hands-on mindset * Able to work independently without constant supervision * Physically able to bend, kneel, and move around during the day * Clean driving record * Professional, respectful behavior when representing the company on the road, with customers, or at company events Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Company car * Flexible schedule * Mileage reimbursement * Travel reimbursement * Work from home Work Location: On the road
