Job Summary We are seeking motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. You won't be doing the hard sales though--instead, your focus will be building connections and opening doors to opportunities that help families save money and reduce their monthly expenses. Familiar with the Pace program, secured and unsecured loans processes. There is little experience required! We will train you to succeed. - $2,000 - $2500 average commission per sale - We close 1 in every 5 appointments YOU set - meaning you don't need to knock on hundreds of doors to get paid. Duties * Deliver interactive presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes * Promote company products and services * If customer is interested, go through a small list of questions to verify customer eligibility. * Set an appointment for our trained technicians to arrive and close the lead that you generate. * If you come across a prospect where the customer isn't home, you are able to leave a flyer with your unique identifier and still get credit for that lead. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales * Strong skills in customer management and relationship building. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Any sales experience related to: Windows and Doors, bathroom remodeling, kitchen design/remodel, roofing, car sales, kiosks in a mall - a plus! Key Qualifications * Bilingual skills in English and Spanish -MUST! * Must be self-motivated and results-oriented * Exceptional customer service skills * Ability to work evenings and weekends * Personal vehicle with valid driver's license, or reliable transportation to the job. * Work successfully without requiring close supervision * Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet your goals * Closer mindset - not afraid of rejection, always pushing forward Shifts * 8am - 4 pm * 12pm - 8pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
