Position: Full-Time Sales Agent As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in growing our Property & Casualty and Life Insurance business while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales calls
• Conduct outbound prospecting and service calls from provided leads
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent and timely follow-up
• Accurately log all prospect and customer interactions for future outreach
• Follow established sales and service scripts and processes
• Specialize in personal auto, home, and life insurance products
• Create value by bundling multiple insurance policies
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun, team-oriented culture Ideal Candidate Traits

• Base Salary: $36,000-$42,000
• Monthly Bonuses:
• Minimum: $1,500/month
• Average: $2,500/month
