* We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to internet leads, setting appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries * Follow up with customers using CRM tools to set sales appointments * Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively * Communicate clearly and professionally with all potential buyers * Update and manage customer information in the CRM system * Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and contact goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) * Phone or Email: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
