Key Responsibilities: * Make proactive outbound calls to new leads, introducing them to our products and creating new sales opportunities. * Utilize CRM software to track all customer interactions, monitor progress through the sales pipeline, and keep accurate records. * Reconnect with previous leads and customers to strengthen relationships and generate future sales. * Use persuasive communication techniques and negotiation skills to close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. * Deliver compelling product presentations, addressing client inquiries and emphasizing the key benefits of our offerings. * Stay current on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our solutions. * Partner with business development teams to explore new market opportunities, expand our client base, and drive growth in the B2B sector. Required Qualifications: * Previous experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition, ideally within the tech or related industries. * Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or other similar tools. * Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex information. * Experience in business development or marketing is a bonus. * Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
