OPICI/RNDC NY is currently seeking Sales Reps to join our growing Company and our RNDC Sales Force. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in presenting and promoting our premium wines and spirits within an assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on retail and restaurant accounts, where you will strategically manage product positioning, pricing, and displays to maximize sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario and Wayne Counties. * Relationship Building: Demonstrate a passion for cultivating and nurturing relationships with both retail and restaurant accounts. * Effective Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations to customers, showcasing the unique features of our brands and closing sales successfully. * Merchandising Excellence: Support accounts in optimizing product sell-through by overseeing pricing, shelf positioning, and enhancing the overall visual appeal of our products in stores. * Territory Management: Handle administrative tasks and territory management responsibilities efficiently to ensure seamless operations. * Promotional Activities: Organize and conduct weekly in-store shopper tastings to actively promote and sell our products. QUALIFICATIONS: * One to two years of related experience and/or training. * Bachelor's Degree (BA) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Valid driver's license is mandatory, with acceptable to good driving record. * Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 40 pounds. * Must live in sales territory * Self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal skills with excellent customer relations skills. * Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving ski *COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: *Salary $75,000. Eligible for Health and Welfare Package and 401k (with Company Match). Paid Time Off.
