Heavy Duty Truck Sales Rep The Truck Shop is a premier Heavy Duty Commercial Truck and Trailer Dealership delivering complete support for our customers and a workplace culture that values skilled professionals. As a family-owned dealership, we operate with a hands-on approach, quick decision-making, and genuine commitment to our employees and customers. From single-unit delivery operations to large fleets, we are trusted for our quality-driven approach, industry knowledge, and personalized customer support. As our dealership continues to grow, we are seeking a Heavy/Medium-Duty Truck Salesperson to join our Auburn, WA team. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career at a dealership known for its reputation, professionalism, and commitment to doing business the right way. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. We will invest in training a highly motivated, reliable, and results-driven individual who is eager to learn about the commercial truck industry and succeed in a performance-based environment. Job responsibilities/requirements : Must have a valid driver's license and CDL. * Must have reliable vehicle * Must have clean driving record * Must have own vehicle insurance * Capable and willing to navigate and complete, from start to finish, government procurement processes. * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with truck buyers. * Perform cold calls and customer contacts daily to develop and maintain customer and prospect databases. * Meet established performance and sales goals * Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills * Strong negotiation skills, time management, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Safe, careful driving skills, and a clean driving record * All other duties assigned by my supervisor Physical Requirements: Frequently : Able to lift up to 40lbs * Frequently: Able to stand, sit, walk, and climb in/out of large semi-trucks and passenger vehicles * Frequently : Able to grasp, handle, and reach out with hands and arms * Occasionally : Bend, stoop, climb, crouch, or balance Job Type : Full-time Benefits : * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule : * Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm * Weekends, after hours, as needed Supplemental Pay : * Commission pay Work Location : In person and outside sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In personSmall & Sons Oil Co
