Location: Schenectady, NY Base Pay: $18/hour (competitive and guaranteed) Bonus Structure: Uncapped commissions! Tied to team performance - meaning the more appointments you set, the more money you earn. This is designed to reward goal-driven and high-performing leaders! Renewal by Andersen is a seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Team Lead. This role is a hands-on leadership position. You'll guide a team of door-to- door canvassers, train and mentor them to generate qualified sales appointments. Key Responsibilities

of a Direct Sales Team Lead :

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of door-to-door canvassers
• Actively participate in canvassing to set the pace and model best practices
• Train new team members on scripts, techniques, and company values
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community The Ideal Direct Sales Team Lead :
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Available for work Monday through Friday
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Prior experience in customer service, sales or leadership
