Location: Schenectady, NY Base Pay: $18/hour (competitive and guaranteed) Bonus Structure: Uncapped commissions! Renewal by Andersen is a seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Team Lead. This role is a hands-on leadership position. You'll guide a team of door-to- door canvassers, train and mentor them to generate qualified sales appointments. Being a Direct Sales Team Lead you will blend leadership, training, and in-field coaching to achieve team success!
