Responsibilities - Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. - Negotiate terms of sales and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. - Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. Qualifications - Proven experience in direct sales or retail sales is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. - Ability to conduct technical sales presentations and product demos effectively. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. - Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable but not required. - Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple accounts.
