Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager that will proactively seek out strategic alliances with local businesses and work with them to increase traffic to Everglades Holiday Park. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2C and B2B sales and fearlessly meets and exceeds sales targets. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive demand for our brand in the competitive market of South Florida hospitality and entertainment! Responsibilities * Consistently achieve and surpass dynamic sales targets and revenue goals. * Regularly (3-5 times per week) visit hotels, attractions, and high-volume events in the tri-county area to cultivate relationships and promote Everglades Holiday Park. * Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel concierges, front desk staff, and other key personnel to secure referrals and drive bookings. * Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses, tour operators, and other relevant organizations to expand reach and generate new leads. * Assist with our social media to respond to messages, applaud great reviews and manage any negative sentiment to keep the brand growing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives and drive online sales. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. * Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director to ensure consistent messaging and leverage marketing materials for sales efforts. * Represent Everglades Holiday Park at industry events and networking functions. * Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. * Coordinate print advertising efforts to complement digital strategies. Requirements * BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) REQUIRED. * Ability to travel to many local businesses daily. * Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar position. * Socially adaptable and enthusiastic personality type * Experience in advertising sales and performance marketing is highly desirable. * Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. * Proficiency in analytics tools for measuring campaign success. * Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams. * A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about brand positioning. * Familiarity with print advertising is a plus.
