Job Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for Lycan Fitness in the U.S. market. This role combines lead generation, outbound prospecting, relationship management, and solution-based selling to gym owners, CrossFit affiliates, Hyrox affiliates, training centers, high-schools, universities, sports programs, and distributors. You will act as a brand ambassador for Lycan -- combining commercial discipline with a deep understanding of training culture and performance equipment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development * Identify, prospect, and qualify new customers (gyms, CrossFit affiliates, performance centers, universities, and distributors). * Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. * Conduct outbound sales via calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits. * Present Lycan's product lines and value proposition clearly and persuasively. * Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product configurations. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and closing of deals within company guidelines. Account Management * Develop long-term relationships with key accounts. * Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients. * Act as a trusted advisor to gym owners on equipment selection and layout. Market Intelligence & Feedback * Gather feedback from customers on products, pricing, and competitors. * Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends. * Provide structured feedback to management on opportunities and risks. Internal Coordination * Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. * Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts. * Participate in sales meetings, product training, and internal reviews. Requirements Experience * 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fitness, sports, equipment, or a related industry. * Experience selling to gyms, sports organizations, or commercial customers is highly preferred. * Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close deals. Skills * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Comfortable with outbound sales and proactive prospecting. * Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up and CRM usage. * Ability to understand technical products and explain value clearly. * Data-driven mindset with attention to metrics and performance. Profile * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable. * Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. * Interest in fitness, sports, or performance training is a strong plus. * Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills. Technical * Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, or similar). * Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
