This includes generating and closing commercial roofing opportunities; performing job walks, takeoffs, estimates, and proposals; building long-term relationships through the CRM; overseeing contracts, submittals, scheduling, materials, and change orders; partnering with Operations and Field Services; and supporting billing, collections, and documentation accuracy. What Makes You a Fit You don't need to be a roofing expert; we can teach that. We need a seller who hunts, builds, and executes.
• 5+ years sales experience (roofing or commercial construction preferred)
• Strong estimating or project management exposure
• Understanding of revenue, margins, and project performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Tenacity, independence, accountability
