United Routes, a nationwide auto transport company is looking to hire an account manager to join their team. We are a fast-growing, energetic company dedicated to vehicle & specialized shipping. Salary $50,000 - $75,000 (Base + Commission) Candidate requirements: * We specialize in complex logistics for corporate clients. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional who excels at both building client relationships and coordinating operational details. * Ability to problem-solve in difficult situations while always maintaining a professional demeanor * Friendly, professional and positive attitude * Strong sense of urgency * High level of interpersonal and written communication skills * Minimum 2 years experience in account management or sales position preferably in a logistics oriented role * Ability to be a team player and adjust according to company needs * Ability to respond to existing customer demands in a high paced environment in and out of office hours Job Description: * Develop a deep understanding of client's core objectives and challenges * Act as an advocate for your assigned portfolio and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood * Manage client communications, providing timely updates, and ensuring all needs are met with professionalism and care * Generate revenue growth by negotiating transport agreements (RFP) with existing customers * Develop your current portfolio by identifying additional transport opportunities * Assist with custom client accounting, reporting, and project analysis to drive client satisfaction and retention * Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure a smooth process for your clients * Collaborate daily with our dispatch and logistics team to ensure smooth, on-time transport for all client vehicles * Proactively identify and solve potential logistical challenges, turning problems into solutions Please reply with resume Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Logistics: 1 year (Preferred) * Account management: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Hollywood, FL 33020 (Required) Work Location: In person
